The first conversation is free for qualifying companies. The strategic assessment and recommendations cost €15,000 + VAT and take from 6 weeks of work. Consulting and solution development start at €25,000 + VAT, depending on scope and complexity.
What do I receive for €15,000 + VAT?
An assessment of your business, strategic recommendations, priorities and a roadmap. It covers business, organisation and AI potential, plus a leadership session. We agree scope and deliverables before starting.
How long does the assessment take?
From 6 weeks of work, depending on the size of the organisation and the availability of the people we interview. It includes three leadership sessions: kick-off, presentation of the assessment and a session to decide next steps.
Do I have to commission development afterwards?
No. The assessment and recommendations stand on their own and you can use them with your team. If you ask us to implement a solution, we prepare a separate proposal.
Can we go straight to development?
Yes, when the need and context are sufficiently defined. We establish what is needed to prepare a proposal. A standalone assessment is not compulsory for every project.
What if the best solution doesn’t need AI?
We recommend what makes sense for the business: reorganising a process, integrating tools or developing software. We include AI when it adds value.
Do you work with SMEs?
Yes. What matters is the challenge, leadership involvement and the capacity to invest in and carry out change. Headcount is not the only criterion.
How are results measured?
We agree a starting point, objectives and acceptance criteria. These may relate to capacity, time, errors, decision quality or new opportunities. Outcomes also depend on context and adoption.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish and English. Let us know when you write and we’ll adapt meetings and deliverables.
What do you do with my company’s information?
We use it only to prepare the conversation and, if we work together, for the agreed project. You don’t need to share confidential information in the first contact. More details in our privacy policy.
How many projects do you take on each year?
Up to 10 a year, so that whoever recommends stays involved during the build. You can check availability on this page. If there are no places left, we add you to the waiting list and let you know in order of arrival.
Where are you based?
We are based in Murcia, Spain, at the European Business and Innovation Centre (CEEIM), and we have worked with organisations across Spain. Meetings can be held by video call.
